I am an Industrial Engineer with Master and PRINCE2 certification in Project Management. I enjoy managing projects for multinational companies, bringing 7 years of experience delivering results across boarders using my expertise and my skills. I am result oriented, motivated, social and an effective communicator. I bring challenges into reality and I sit comfortably dealing under pressure. I can adapt quickly to change and I can learn fast from subjects I am not familiar with. I am extravert and I enjoy woring within a team and establishing good relations with peers, colleagues and customers. I am experienced in managing the financial area of the projects, having managed projects up to 3m EUR value. As a team leader, I have been leading teams where I had to coach, motivate, influence and delegate when necessary. I bring experience in the real state, construction and IT industry.
