Construction Manager

Job Description

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Construction Manager.

Coordinate and execute the project’s construction activities as described in the project plan within the required time frame, budget and quality.
Is responsible for the coordination of the construction activities with other disciplines/ subcontractors and organises the monitoring of progress, identifying deficiencies and initiating correctives actions as and when required.
Monitors, coordinates and makes follow-up on areas of concern regarding the day-to-day construction activities on site.
Lead motivate and monitor the performance of construction staff and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of activities.
Ensures that responsibilities are assigned and associated authorizations delegated.
Provide the construction input for the Project plan, construction and production methods.
Liaison with other site departments, subcontractors and with the Client’s representative to ensure all necessary safety and Quality Control/Quality Assurance requirements are identified and implemented.
Coordinates and liaise with Client and or Independent Consulting Engineers, as and when required.
Structures and maintains information / communication flows between upstream and Downstream parties.
Report on Construction activities as required/ requested.


HTS (BSc) or equivalent (civil, structural).
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Minimum of 15 years in the construction of large projects or Air Base Facilities of which at least 5 years in a supervisory position.
Good communication capabilities. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
At least 3-5 years experience working abroad, preferably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Moreover, PBS has now been operating for some years at the international level with projects all over the world.
